How to prepare rice bread sweets

• Ingredients for making rice bread sweets
• Rice flour: 160 grams
• Wheat flour: 150 grams
• Solid oil: 145 grams (or 50-150 grams of pure oil)
• Eggs: 1 pc
• Rose: 100 g
• Sugar: 120 grams
Vanilla: A quarter teaspoon
Cardamom: A quarter

• First, mix the wheat flour and oil together, stir in the machine until it becomes a dough.
Gently add the rice flour to the dough.
• Swipe around the device and tap until it is completely hollow (it should be very soft and one-handed)
• It is better to turn the material upside down with lychee once.
In another bowl, combine the remaining ingredients, including sugar, rose, egg, vanilla and cardamom.
Stir until the sugar is slightly melted.
Add flour and oil to this liquid and stir by hand or with a fork.
• You should mix until the dough is a handful and there is no liquid. But keep in mind that too much stirring will cause your brass to strap and dry out.
• Your dough is ready to be funneled. Put your favorite tube in the funnel and then pour the ingredients into it and bloom. You can make a simple tube and then use the special rice seal method, so that after hopping in the dish, you have to wait for it to dry.
• After drying, hit the brass.

• With each stroke, you should dip your print or seal in water so that it does not stick to the brass.
After printing, add the portulaca or pistachio method, if you like.
• You can stir some of the fruit after flowering. Some portulaca oleracea and some pistachio powder.

German sweets or Mashhad sweets, which the Turks call marmalade, are one of the oldest sweets and desserts of Nowruz with a high shelf life and are also known as jam sweets.

Ingredients for preparing German sweets

  •  Eggs: one
  • Flour: 600 gr
  • Marmalade or jelly in the required amount
  • Milk: 60 gr
  • Syrup or hot honey 60gr
  • Powdered sugar: 100 gr
  • Solid oil: 300 gr
  • Some vanilla
  •  Coconut powder and sesame in the required amount for decoration

How to prepare German sweets

  • First, add powdered sugar to the oil and stir until smooth.
  • Add syrup or honey to the stirring oil. Then add eggs, milk and vanilla and mix until smooth.
  • Add the flour little by little to the ingredients and stir with a spoon until it becomes a dough.
  • At this stage, to remove the stickiness of the dough, pour it into nylon and leave it in the refrigerator for two to three hours to cool.
  • After this time, flatten the prepared dough inside the nylon to a thickness of half an inch so that all its parts are completely smooth. Then mold the dough into the desired shapes.
  • Place the pastry in the mold at a distance and put it in the oven at 150 ° C for 20 minutes. Of course, due to the different temperatures of the ovens, this time may change because the pastry should change color slightly.
  • After cooling, put marmalade between the sweets. Garnish the sweets with melted chocolate, coconut, sesame and pistachio kernels. Use hot honey to stick the ingredients to the pastry.

Ingredients for making Yazdi cake

*Three eggs
*One and a half cups of sugar
*One measure of oil
*One cup milk
*Three scoops of flour
*Half a teaspoon of cardamom powder
*Three tablespoons of rose water
*Baking powder a teaspoon
*Baking soda a teaspoon
*Yeast dough for a teaspoon
*Sesame for Yazdi cake

*Heat the rose on the heat. Pour into a non-metallic container. Then add the sourdough with half a teaspoon of sugar.
*Cover it and leave it in a warm place for about ten minutes to work.
*In this opportunity, mix the eggs, sugar and cardamom with a good mixer, then add the oil, then the milk and mix thoroughly.
*Then add the sourdough and mix with a mixer. Sift the flour, baking powder and baking soda together.
*In two steps, add flour to Yazdi cake icing and mix with lychee until mixed.
*We put the Yazdi cake capsules in the mold and fill half of it with yeast because it swells a lot. The method is to sprinkle with sesame seeds.
*Put it in the preheated oven and cook at 175 degrees for about 20 minutes.
*After baking, keep the Yazdi cake in a closed container outside the refrigerator.
